1. Eligible Return Cases Returns are accepted only in the following cases: • The product received is damaged or defective during shipping. • The product received is incorrect or different from the original order. • All return requests must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by proof (e.g., product photo, order number, or invoice).
2. Exchange Policy Exchanges are accepted only when: • The received product does not match the original order. • The product is damaged upon delivery. • No exchanges will be accepted for any other reasons once the product has been delivered, in full compliance with pharmaceutical safety regulations.
3. Exceptions • Medicines, supplements, cosmetics, and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless damaged or incorrect. • Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
4. Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days using the same payment method as the original order.
Al Saher Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
